A Little Coffee Shop with a Bigger Purpose.

A Little Coffee Shop with a Bigger Purpose.

Daily Grind Coffee House began with a simple idea: good coffee, good food, and a place where people could feel genuinely welcome.

Founded by husbands Stevyn Gilmore and Randall Roop, Daily Grind started as a small neighborhood coffee shop in Bellshire, just outside Nashville. We didn't set out to build the biggest coffeehouse or follow every passing trend. We wanted to create something meaningful, a place where familiar faces, everyday conversations, and a sense of community mattered just as much as what we served.

Over the next three years, we grew slowly and with purpose. We listened to our customers, learned along the way, expanded our menu, and continued finding ways to make Daily Grind a better experience. Some things worked, others taught us valuable lessons, but every decision helped shape the coffeehouse we've become.

A New Chapter in Goodlettsville

A New Chapter in Goodlettsville

As our little shop grew, so did our vision for what Daily Grind could be. We wanted more room for people to gather, more opportunities to share good food and coffee, and a space that could continue growing alongside the community.

That vision brought us to Goodlettsville.

Our new home gives us the opportunity to build on everything we loved about our original location while welcoming new neighbors into the Daily Grind family.

We're still independently owned, still personally involved in the everyday details, and still committed to doing things thoughtfully rather than simply doing them bigger.

Coffee Without the Attitude.

Coffee Without the Attitude.

We believe good coffee shouldn't come with pretension, and hospitality shouldn't feel complicated. Whether you know exactly how you like your espresso or simply want a good cup of coffee, you should feel comfortable walking through our doors.

Today, Daily Grind offers handcrafted coffee and tea, breakfast, lunch, and baked goods, but what we're most proud of isn't something you'll find on the menu.

It's the community that continues to grow around us.

We're Stevyn and Randall, and we're glad you're here.
